Acceptance

By using the Haven member app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What the app is

The app is a companion to your membership at The Haven at Hickory Stick that lets you view and make tee times, table reservations, and food & beverage orders. It is not your membership agreement; your membership terms with the club govern your membership itself.

Your account

You sign in with your club email or phone number. Keep your access secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your app account at any time from the account menu in the app, which removes the app data associated with your login.

Orders & reservations

Tee times, reservations, and orders placed in the app are requests fulfilled by the club through its systems. Availability, pricing, charges to your member account, and cancellation rules are set by the club. Charges for completed orders are billed to your member account.

Acceptable use

Use the app only for its intended purpose. Do not misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other members’ information, or use it unlawfully.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and tee-sheet and menu information is subject to change.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the club and its service providers are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the club operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
