Enter the email tied to your membership and we email you a 6-digit code, or tap Sign in with Apple. The app is for members of The Haven at Hickory Stick.
Your sign-in email may not match your membership record. Email us at contact@havenhickorystick.com and we will link it for you.
Open Tee Times, choose a date, group size, and number of holes, then pick an available time. You can review or cancel a booking from the same tab.
Open Reservations, pick a day, party size, and time, then confirm. Your reservations also appear on the Home screen.
Open Order to start a food order for your round, at the turn, or for takeout. Pickup times account for kitchen prep.
Allow notifications when prompted, or turn them on later in iOS Settings › Haven › Notifications.
Haven watches a single geofence at the club so it can offer to start your food order when you arrive. It never tracks your location anywhere else, and you can change this in iOS Settings › Haven › Location.
To update your details, or to delete your account and associated data, email contact@havenhickorystick.com and we will take care of it.
We collect only what the app needs to work: your membership identity (name, email, phone), your bookings and orders, and — only with your permission — your location at the club. We do not sell your data. Questions about your data? Email contact@havenhickorystick.com.
