Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Haven member app collects and how we use it. The app is for members of The Haven at Hickory Stick.

Information we collect

Account & identity: your name, email, and phone number, from your club membership.

Your activity: the tee times, table reservations, and food orders you make in the app, plus related receipts and member-account charges.

Notifications: a device token, if you turn on push notifications.

Location: only if you grant permission, and only to detect arrival at the club through a single geofence. No background location is collected anywhere else.

How we use your information

To sign you in, show your bookings, take reservations and orders, send receipts and notifications, offer to start your order when you arrive at the club, and provide support.

How it is shared

We share information with the service providers that operate the club’s systems, who process it on our behalf: Toast (ordering, reservations, and payments), ForeUp (tee sheet), Apple (push notifications and Sign in with Apple), and Microsoft Azure (hosting). We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

These text messages are sent by The Haven at Hickory Stick, a golf club operated by Dexios Food Ventures, LLC. If you opt in, we send tee-time invitation and RSVP text messages. You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing in the member app or on our web opt-in page, or by texting a keyword such as START. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not share mobile information or phone numbers collected for SMS with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. We use Twilio solely to deliver the messages on our behalf.

Your choices

Turn location off any time in iOS Settings › Haven › Location, and notifications in iOS Settings › Haven › Notifications. To access, correct, or delete your account and associated data, email us (below).

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the app and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the current version.
